Q-Pay Field Agent – Merchant Onboarding & Field Operations Q-Pay Field Agent is the official field operations application for authorized Q-Pay representatives. The app helps Q-Pay field agents onboard eligible local businesses, manage merchant information, record field activities, and monitor the progress of merchant onboarding. Key Features Merchant Onboarding Register eligible local businesses and submit merchant information for Q-Pay onboarding. Merchant Information Capture and manage required business and contact details during the onboarding process. Field Visit Management Record merchant visits and maintain field activity information. Document Collection Capture and submit required merchant documents and information according to Q-Pay onboarding requirements. Onboarding Status Track the status of merchant applications and onboarding activities. Agent Dashboard View assigned activities, merchant onboarding progress, and relevant field-operation information. Secure Access Access the application using authorized field-agent credentials. For Authorized Q-Pay Representatives Q-Pay Field Agent is intended only for authorized representatives, agents, and field personnel working with the Q-Pay network. The application supports the operational process of bringing eligible local merchants into the Q-Pay ecosystem. Supporting Local Businesses Q-Pay works with local retailers and businesses to help them participate in a customer rewards and promotional ecosystem. Field agents help businesses understand the Q-Pay program, complete the onboarding process, and provide the required information for registration.
