Qarmas Client is the mobile app for companies that use Alien Affairs sp. z o.o. for accounting, payroll and HR services. It gives you the same client portal as qarmas.com — on your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Send documents in seconds — photograph or upload bank statements, invoices, contracts and employee files straight from your phone. • See your monthly reports — check which documents we have received, what is still missing and the status of each month's settlement. • Manage your employees — view and update employee data, contracts, working hours and leave, and send new hires to our • Payroll at a glance — see who is on payroll and the current pay details for your company. • Message our office — ask questions, order letters and certificates, and keep every instruction in one place. • Get notified — push notifications when a report is ready, a document is needed or our office replies. SIMPLE, SECURE SIGN-IN There is no password to remember. Sign in with your company's NIP and a one-time code or link sent to your registered company e-mail. Add a biometric lock (fingerprint / face) for extra protection on your phone.
