Pulse is the athlete app of a two-sided coaching platform. Your personal trainer builds your workout routine, nutrition plan and payment schedule from their own Pulse app; you follow everything here. Link your account with the code your trainer gives you and your plan appears instantly. TODAY, AT A GLANCE Open the app and see exactly what to do: today's session with muscle groups, exercise count and estimated time, your rest days, your nutrition for the day and a message from your coach. One START button. Nothing to configure. YOUR PLAN, WEEK BY WEEK Multi-week programs with a week selector, your training days, what's done and what's next. Each workout shows warm-up, exercises with sets × reps, supersets and tri-sets, and your coach's notes for the day. A WORKOUT TRACKER BUILT FOR THE GYM Log weight and reps with large ± steppers, one set at a time. Rest timer with countdown ring, guided warm-up and cool-down, technique videos for every exercise, advanced sets (AMRAP, to failure, drop sets, rest-pause) and a heads-up when you're about to beat a personal record. Your session survives leaving the app: pick up where you left off. On iPhone, the rest timer runs as a Live Activity on your Lock Screen. FORM CHECK Record a video of your set and send it to your coach for technique review, right from the exercise. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Workout volume by week, month or year; total workouts, streak and average duration. Body measurements with change over time, progress photos, workout history, personal records and achievement badges. Share your finished workout or a new PR as an image. RECOVERY DATA FROM YOUR WEARABLE (OPTIONAL) Connect Apple Health to see recovery and activity signals — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps, active energy — compared to your own baseline, with suggested actions. Your coach can see them too and adjust your training. Read-only, and you decide which coach can view your data. NUTRITION Daily calorie and macro targets and your meal plan for each day of the week, with meal-by-meal feedback to your coach. CHAT WITH YOUR COACH Real-time messaging with photos, voice notes and video. Push notifications when your trainer writes, changes your routine or has your form check ready. PAYMENTS, WITHOUT SURPRISES See your coaching fee, next due date and history. Pay by card through your trainer's secure checkout or report a cash/transfer payment with a receipt photo.
