Propshub Owner

PROPSHUB is India's prop rental operating system for the film and TV production industry — and the Owner App is where propshops run their entire operation from one dashboard. List your entire prop inventory with photos, categories, and real-time availability, visible to production teams searching right now. Every prop shown belongs to your propshop — PROPSHUB is the platform, not the supplier. No more phone calls, no more WhatsApp photo dumps. MANAGE YOUR INVENTORY - Upload props with photos, descriptions, and category tags - Set pricing, availability windows, and negotiation preferences - Track what's booked, available, in maintenance, or damaged CONTROL EVERY BOOKING - Accept, counter, or decline booking requests in real time - Negotiate through a structured 3-round system, no dragging it out over the phone - Every booking confirmed on record, on both sides RUN YOUR TEAM - Add staff accounts with operational access to your propshop - Staff handle day-to-day operations, you control the money - Different access levels, same platform TRACK PAYMENTS - See what's pending, received, and cancelled at a glance - Automatic payment reminders sent until marked paid - A documented trail for every booking HANDLE DAMAGE WITHOUT THE DRAMA - Photo documentation at pickup and return - File and resolve damage or missing item reports - No disputes without proof PROPSHUB is built with real propshops across India. Every founding propshop gets the first month free, no conditions. Questions? Reach us at [email protected] Available on Android. Designed for both phone and tablet.
