Prometix Field Service

Prometix Field Service app for clinical and biomedical engineering teams who keep medical equipment safe, compliant and running. Built for engineers in the field, it turns every service visit into a fast, paperless workflow — from the job in your pocket to a branded report in the customer's inbox — and it keeps working when the signal doesn't. WHAT YOU CAN DO • My Jobs — see the work assigned to you, accept or decline jobs, and view everything you need on site: equipment, location, history and contacts. • Digital check-sheets — complete planned maintenance, calibration and inspection sheets on your phone, with pass/fail results, readings, photos and signatures. • Parts & test equipment — record the parts used and the calibrated test equipment on each job. • Time tracking — capture travel and on-site time with a single tap. • Reports — generate a branded Visit Report and Test Sheet as PDFs and send them to the customer straight from the app. • Customers, sites & assets — browse the equipment you service, with full service history and key contacts. • Scheduling & planned maintenance — see your calendar and upcoming maintenance at a glance. • Knowledge at hand — search manuals and past fixes, with an AI assistant to help while you're on site. WORKS OFFLINE Hospitals and plant rooms are full of dead spots. Prometix Platform is offline-first: open jobs, complete check-sheets, record parts and capture sign-off with no connection — everything syncs automatically the moment you're back online, so nothing is lost. BUILT FOR REGULATED ENVIRONMENTS Designed around the quality and compliance workflows used in medical device servicing (including ISO 13485 ways of working), with calibration records, field safety notices and a full audit trail. Sign-in is protected with multi-factor authentication and an optional fingerprint / Face unlock, and your data is encrypted in transit and kept isolated per organisation.
