OnHand is the field app for teams that count and move inventory — built for the real conditions of a warehouse floor: gloves, one hand, bad lighting, and spotty Wi-Fi. COUNT Blind counts by location, the way auditors expect them — the app never shows a counter what the system expects. Scan part barcodes and QR labels with the camera or a paired scanner, enter quantities on a glove-sized keypad, weigh or measure where that's how the part is counted, or speak a measurement and keep both hands on the tape. MOVE Record pulls, returns, re-slots, and shipments as they happen, from the spot where they happen. Pick lists reach the driver's phone; recount requests reach the counter's. WORKS OFFLINE Every entry saves to the phone first, encrypted, and sends itself when coverage returns. A dead zone doesn't lose a count, and the app always tells you — in plain words — what has sent and what is still waiting. ASK Ada, the built-in assistant, answers questions about your company's documented processes and knowledge, right from the floor.
