Positive Konnections is the companion app for the Positive Konnections programme a guided mental wellbeing space for anyone working through stress, anxiety, low mood or a hard season of life, along with the families and caregivers supporting them. Work through the programme at your own pace, keep your reflections in one private workbook, and reach real human support whenever you need it. GUIDED INTERVENTIONS The programme is organised into interventions, chapters and short sessions. Each session pairs a story or prompt with reflection questions, so you can move through difficult material a step at a time instead of all at once. Chapters unlock as you go, and you can always return to something you have already covered. YOUR PRIVATE WORKBOOK Every reflection you write is saved to your own workbook. A progress tracker shows which chapters you have explored and what comes next, so you can see how far you have come. Completing a chapter earns Peekay coins that build up your personal hero profile. PEEKAY, YOUR SUPPORT COMPANION Peekay is an in-app assistant for the moments between sessions. Talk through stress, worry, low mood, stigma, relationships or self-worth, and Peekay responds using the programme's own material — so the guidance connects back to the chapters you are working through. If a message suggests you are in crisis, Peekay surfaces a one-tap route to a counsellor. TALK TO A COUNSELLOR When you need a person rather than an app, connect to an available counsellor from the programme for a private one-to-one conversation. Send text or voice notes, and pick the conversation back up whenever you are ready. COMMUNITY MESSAGING Group conversations let you share and listen alongside others on a similar journey, with the programme team present. ALSO INCLUDED • Book and manage appointments with the programme • Referrals to further services and support • Surveys and feedback, so the programme can keep improving • Notifications, so you never miss a reply PRIVACY An account and a verified email address are required to use the app. Your reflections and conversations are linked to your account and are not shown to other members.
