PoolAxis is the mobile app for pool service technicians. It handles everything from the morning run sheet to the owner report sent at the end of each visit — so you can focus on the work, not the paperwork. YOUR DAY, ORGANISED Open the app and your run sheet is ready. Every pool you're servicing today, in optimised route order. Tap a job to start. READINGS AND DOSING, DONE PROPERLY Log pH, chlorine, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, and temperature at each visit. PoolAxis calculates treatment requirements using the Langelier Saturation Index — the industry-standard water balance formula — and gives you precise doses in millilitres, litres, grams, or kilograms. No mental arithmetic, no guesswork. OWNER REPORTS, AUTOMATIC At the end of each visit, the pool owner receives an email summary of what was tested, what was treated, and any notes you added. You do not have to write a thing. PHOTOS ON THE JOB Capture photos during a visit — equipment issues, water colour, anything worth documenting. Stored against the service record and accessible to your operator. BUILT FOR THE UTE Large tap targets, high contrast in sunlight, and a fast flow from arrival to completion. No fiddly inputs, no unnecessary steps. WORKS WITH YOUR OPERATOR'S ACCOUNT PoolAxis for technicians works alongside the PoolAxis web portal used by your operator or business owner. They manage the schedule and the client list; you complete the jobs. Everything syncs automatically. This app is for technicians invited by a PoolAxis operator account.
