IndieLedger: SaaS Metrics

See your real MRR the moment you wake up — no browser, no logging into four different dashboards. IndieLedger is a private revenue tracker for indie founders and solo developers. Connect Stripe, RevenueCat, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy and IndieLedger combines your MRR, ARR, net revenue, active subscriptions and churn into one honest number — plus a home-screen widget so your revenue is always a glance away. WHY INDIELEDGER One real total, not four tabs Most revenue apps show you one platform at a time. IndieLedger actually combines your web revenue (Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy) and mobile subscriptions (RevenueCat) into a single MRR and ARR — with a clear warning if your connected sources use different currencies, instead of silently adding mismatched numbers together. True net revenue, not just gross For Stripe, IndieLedger breaks your revenue down: Gross → Fees → Refunds → what you actually keep. Refunds and open disputes are surfaced clearly, never buried inside your total MRR. Know why your MRR moved A daily MRR breakdown shows New, Expansion, Contraction and Churned revenue by day — not just a single number that changed overnight. Real subscriber cohorts Retention cohorts are built from actual subscription start dates across Stripe, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy — not a rough guess based on charge dates. Ask your own numbers a question A built-in AI chat answers plain-English questions about your MRR, churn and revenue trend. It only ever sees your aggregate numbers — never your API keys or customer data. Full transaction history Search, sort and filter every transaction across every connected source, all in one list. Home-screen widget A small, medium or large widget keeps your MRR and goal progress on your home screen, refreshes itself in the background, and shows your most recent transactions. Goals, alerts and exports Set an MRR goal during setup and get a celebration the moment you hit it. Get notified the instant a big swing — or your next sale — hits. Export your full revenue history to CSV anytime, and back up your data (and restore it) to Google Drive or local storage. Share without oversharing Share your progress card with a single tap — with an option to hide the exact dollar amount and show only your percent-to-goal. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your Stripe, RevenueCat, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy API keys are stored only on your device, in Android's encrypted keystore. Requests go straight from your phone to each provider over an encrypted connection — nothing passes through our servers, there's no account and no login required. Use read-only keys and your revenue data never leaves your device. BUILT FOR INDIE FOUNDERS AND SOLO DEVELOPERS Whether you run a SaaS on Stripe, a mobile app through RevenueCat, or sell digital products via Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, IndieLedger brings every dollar of revenue into one dashboard — in your pocket, not spread across four browser tabs. No team seats, no per-user pricing: just one founder's real MRR, ARR and net revenue. Try IndieLedger free, then subscribe to keep tracking your revenue. Privacy Policy: https://trypocketleaf.com/indiemetrics/privacy Built as an MRR tracker and SaaS metrics dashboard for indie hackers: a Stripe dashboard, RevenueCat dashboard and Lemon Squeezy revenue view in one place, with churn and cohort retention a bootstrapped founder can actually read.
