From your mobile device, you can monitor your budget, review invoices and stay informed about how your NDIS funding is being used. Clear and easy-to-understand budget information The app provides a detailed overview of your plan-managed funding, including category-level information, utilisation percentages and visual budget summaries. Funding status indicators help you identify whether your spending is tracking well or whether a support category may require closer attention. You can also view your overall budget position, including: • Total plan-managed funding • Funding used to date • Remaining funding • Percentage of funding utilised • Current funding period information View and manage invoices The invoice section allows you to view invoices submitted by your service providers. You can open the original invoice PDF, review the details and download a copy for your records. Where participant approval is required, you can approve or decline the invoice directly through the app. Greater transparency and control The Pink Angel Plan Management app places your plan management information in one convenient location. It is designed to provide greater transparency, easier access to information and more control over your NDIS funding. Participants, nominees and authorised representatives can access the app where portal access has been approved by Pink Angel Plan Management. Secure account access Your personal and plan information is protected through secure login access. You must have an approved Pink Angel Plan Management participant portal account before accessing the app. If you are already registered for the Pink Angel Plan Management participant portal, you can use your existing login details. For assistance with your account, app access or plan management information, please contact the Pink Angel Plan Management team. The Pink Angel Plan Management app is available to eligible Pink Angel Plan Management participants and their approved representatives.
