Planetary Hours Calculator is a focused tool for working out the traditional planetary hours of a day, for any place on Earth. In the Chaldean system, the time from sunrise to sunset is divided into twelve equal day hours, and sunset to the next sunrise into twelve night hours. Each hour belongs to one of the seven classical planets in a fixed order: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, the Sun, Venus, Mercury and the Moon. Because days and nights change length through the year, so do the hours. This app does the arithmetic for you.
