Full description
■ A first new language, learned through play KanaSprout is a first-language drill app for children aged 6–8 meeting Japanese for the very first time. From the Japanese alphabet — hiragana and katakana — to basic words and greetings, short 5–10 minute play rounds keep it gentle — no time pressure, success first. ■ See it, hear it, trace it Letter flashcards with big type and clear sound teach each character, and tracing the stroke order with a finger helps the shape stick. Listen-and-choose and whole-word play build those first words naturally. ■ No ads. No data collected. KanaSprout shows no advertising and collects or transmits no personal data from your child whatsoever. All learning stays on the device — so parents can hand it over with confidence. ■ Purchases are for grown-ups The first three hiragana islands are free without a subscription. An annual subscription unlocks the remaining islands, katakana, words, and phrases. Subscription and settings screens require a parental math check. ■ Offline, anywhere No account needed — learn even on a plane. One letter a day, together with PiPi. — PiFl Labs

What's new

Three small Japanese situation lessons link familiar words through listening, reading, sentences, and review. Contextual kanji have furigana. Pronunciation labels are clearer. Purchases, restores, and the Terms and Privacy links now each ask for a fresh parental check.
