Hangboard Timer

Hangboard Timer helps you run the intervals from your own hangboard routine, with clear timer controls and cues you can hear or feel. BUILD YOUR ROUTINE Choose second-by-second hang and rest times, repetitions, sets, recovery and get-ready time. Add named blocks and arrange them in the order you use. The app supplies the timer; you supply your own routine. KEEP YOUR SESSION MOVING See the current interval and what comes next. Pause, resume, skip, go back or undo a change. Correct a recorded interval when needed. Sound and vibration are separately configurable. On Android, a foreground notification and temporary wake lock keep a session you start running with the screen off. Allow notifications before starting. Sessions are limited to 55 minutes. YOUR RECORDS, ON YOUR DEVICE Save completed timer sessions and export a JSON backup of routines, preferences and history. Import merges valid records without restarting a session. No account, ads, cloud sync or AI coaching. Timer history records elapsed intervals and your timer controls; it does not measure exercise. USEFUL FOR FREE One saved routine with all interval controls and cues, your latest 10 history entries, and backup export/import are free. You can keep editing and running your saved routine. OPTIONAL HANGBOARD PRO One purchase adds a library of up to 50 saved routines and browsing for up to 500 session records. No subscription. Google Play shows your localized price before you confirm. Restore a purchase from Settings. Existing routines and history remain stored and exportable if access later changes. OPTIONAL TIPS Preset, repeatable tips let you support PierDo. Tips unlock no features and are separate from Pro. Hangboard Timer is an interval timer for routines you already use. It does not prescribe training, assess form or provide medical advice.
