Pictefor

Pictefor Mobile is the companion app for Pictefor, the Windows app that turns documents, images, video and web pages into clean, structured data. Requires a Pictefor account and the Pictefor desktop app for Windows. On its own, this app does not extract or export data. CAPTURE ANYTHING, ANYWHERE Work does not only happen at a desk. Photograph a document at a client's office, capture the details of a property, type an address while it is fresh, or record a voice note on the way back to the car. Everything you capture lands in your Pictefor workspace, ready to become structured data. WHAT YOU CAN SEND • Photos and videos • Documents and files • Typed notes for phone numbers, addresses and follow ups • Voice notes and conversations, transcribed automatically ORGANISED BEFORE IT ARRIVES Group what you capture by client, property or job, so it reaches your computer already sorted instead of as a pile of loose files. Send a whole group in one tap. STRAIGHT INTO YOUR TEMPLATES Your desktop app imports everything into the templates your team already uses, extracts the fields you defined, and flags what does not meet your criteria. VERIFIED BY A HUMAN, ALWAYS Nothing enters your dataset unchecked. Your team reviews every extracted result in the desktop app before it is saved or exported. RECORDING RESPONSIBLY Recording a conversation involving other people requires their consent, and the law varies by country. Please tell participants before you begin. Pictefor does not record phone calls. PRIVACY Files and audio leave your phone only when you choose to send them. Audio is used to produce your transcript and then discarded.
