Solstice

Solstice is not a meditation app. There is no library of recordings to work through and no streak to keep. You say how you feel, and Solstice builds sound for that — frequency, warmth and space, arranged around the state you are actually in. WHAT IT DOES Body Support is free and stays free. Choose a zone — head, throat, heart, abdomen, feet — and Solstice generates a steady field of tones aimed at that one area. The idea it is built on is simple: when something in you feels out of tune, a clear reference tone gives it something to tune back toward. Everything else is yours to mix. Mind, Sleep, Chakra, Organs and Aura layers. Atmospheres and sound effects. Piano. Spoken guidance. Or hand it over — tell Solstice how a session landed and it learns what fits you, then chooses for you when you would rather not decide. SESSION JOURNEY Pick a mood — Grounded, Release, Calm, Deep Rest, Renewal, Focus, Unwind, Comfort — and Solstice composes a segmented session that moves through them, each segment shaped for where you are in the arc. 8D IMMERSION On Visionary, layers are placed around you rather than in front of you, at the elevation of the body zone you chose. Headphones required, and worth it. MEDITATION STUDIO Describe what you need and Solstice writes a guided meditation, renders it in a natural voice with real pauses, and layers it over your soundscape. Yours to keep and download. WORKS OFFLINE The core frequency engine is generated on your device, so it keeps working with no connection at all — planes, retreats, anywhere without signal. Streamed layers such as atmospheres and spoken guidance need the network. PLANS Free — Body Support, every body zone, no payment details ever. Explorer €8.99/month — all layers, atmospheres, effects, voice guidance, and 30,000 characters a month of Studio voice rendering. Visionary €12.99/month — everything in Explorer, plus 8D immersion, Advanced Resonance for tuning every layer, adaptive session recommendations, and 75,000 characters a month of rendering. New accounts get 7 days of Visionary, free, from the moment you sign up. No card is asked for, and nothing needs cancelling — it simply ends. BEFORE YOU START Use stereo headphones, both ears — the binaural effect depends on each ear receiving a different frequency. Start at a low volume. Solstice supports relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not a medical device and not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a heart condition, wear a pacemaker or hearing device, are pregnant, or have any concern about audio-based relaxation, speak to a doctor first.
