OurReminder

OurReminder puts the reminders your distributor sends you on your phone — as a proper notification with its own sound, even when the app is closed. You will need an account. Accounts are created by the business that sends the reminders — there is no sign-up in the app. ON YOUR PHONE • Reminders arrive as notifications even when the app is closed or the phone is locked • A distinct reminder tone, so you know it is OurReminder without looking • Choose any tone on your phone instead: open the app and tap "Notification sound" • Tapping a notification opens that reminder directly • Links to oureminder.com open inside the app; other links open in the right app on your phone • A clear offline screen with a retry button when there is no connection AUTOMATIC REMINDERS • Monthly reminders on set days, sent without anyone having to create them • Daily nudges your distributor can switch on — for example a reminder to place your INDENT, or to check your load account balance before a load FOR CUSTOMERS • Every reminder your distributor has sent you, newest first, in one list • Mark a reminder as done • Basic Links: the dealer portal links you use every day, in one list — available even before you sign in FOR THE BUSINESS THAT SENDS THEM The distributor manages reminders from a separate business account (not the customer login): writing and scheduling reminders, editing the automatic daily messages, seeing who each reminder reached, and adding or disabling customer accounts. RELIABLE DELIVERY Reminders are delivered by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Delivery is tracked per customer, a brief delivery failure is retried automatically, and the same reminder is not delivered twice when the sending job repeats. No advertising. No analytics. No tracking. Nothing is sold to anyone. Privacy policy: https://oureminder.com/legal/privacy Delete your data: https://oureminder.com/legal/delete-data
