BESS App

BESS App is a comprehensive management platform for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) deployments. Built for field engineers, warehouse teams, and project managers, it streamlines every stage from factory registration to final commissioning. KEY FEATURES • BESS Unit Management Register, track, and manage individual BESS units throughout their entire lifecycle. View detailed specifications, stage history, and assignment data at a glance. • QR Code Scanning Instantly identify any BESS unit in the field by scanning its QR code. Access full unit details, current stage, and assigned personnel in seconds. • Stage-wise Lifecycle Tracking Move units through clearly defined stages — Factory Registered, Packed, In Transit, Port Arrived, Warehouse Stored, Dispatched, Pre-Installation, Civil/DC/AC Installation, Commissioning, and Active Operation. • Shipment Management Track shipments end-to-end with real-time status updates. Monitor multiple units per shipment, view origin/destination, and update transit checkpoints. • Engineer Assignment Assign site engineers to specific BESS units and track their progress. Engineers see their own assignments and can update installation status directly from the field. • Installation Checklists Stage-specific checklists guide engineers through every installation step, ensuring compliance and reducing errors during deployment. • Certificate Management Upload, store, and retrieve installation certificates, compliance documents, and handover paperwork directly from the app. • Handover Documentation Generate standardized handover documents with all relevant unit data, site details, and commissioning records. WHO IT'S FOR • Site engineers installing BESS units on-site • Warehouse staff tracking inventory and dispatch • Project managers overseeing multi-site deployments • Operations teams coordinating shipments and assignments SECURE AND RELIABLE Built with enterprise-grade security. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. User authentication and role-based permissions ensure the right people see the right data.
