Full description
Bookkeeping for exactly one truck. You do not have a fleet. You have a truck, a phone, and a bag of receipts that turns into two lost days every January. OneTruck is built for that, and for nothing else. WHAT IT DOES Snap the receipt at the pump Photograph it, pick a category, done. It is filed before you are back in the cab. The photo stays attached to the expense, so the deduction has proof behind it. IFTA miles that count themselves Start the trip and drive. The app records your miles by state as you cross each line, and keeps a per-trip record with times, odometer and location readings. At quarter end one screen lays out the quarter the way the return names it - miles and tax-paid gallons by state, total miles, total gallons and fleet MPG - each number ready to copy into your state's portal, instead of figures pulled off the ELD at the kitchen table. A link opens our page on state IFTA portals and filing rules. Your real cost per mile, today Fuel, repairs, insurance, tolls, permits. See what a mile actually costs you right now, not in April. That is the number that tells you whether a load is worth taking. Deadlines that find you IFTA quarters and Form 2290 are already in the app. Add your IRP renewal from a ready template, and enter your USDOT number to get your MCS-150 date. It reminds you before, not after. One clean export for your accountant Every category totaled, trip records included, a one-page IFTA sheet, an upload file in the layout Illinois MyTax takes, and your receipt photos if you want them. Sent in a couple of taps. BUILT FOR ONE TRUCK Fleet software has dispatcher dashboards, driver rosters and per-seat pricing. You will never open most of it, and you pay for all of it. OneTruck has no fleet features on purpose, and it is priced for one truck rather than for fifty. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-up. No server. This app does not request internet permission at all, so it cannot send your numbers anywhere even if it wanted to. Your backup is a file you control, and you can export everything, any time, and take it with you. BUILT TO THE RECORD STANDARD Trip records follow the IFTA Individual Vehicle Mileage Record format: date and time, start and end, odometer and location readings taken while you drive. That is the record an auditor asks for, and the reason your quarterly totals hold up when someone checks them. WHAT IT COSTS $25 a month or $199 a year. The first 15 days are free, and the subscription renews until you cancel it in Google Play. Without a subscription everything you have recorded stays open - your records, reports and backups. Starting new trips and adding new records needs one. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR If you run several trucks, or you need dispatch, load boards or driver management, this is the wrong app, and it will not pretend otherwise. Android first, because that is what is in most working trucks. ACCESS CODES OneTruck sometimes issues access codes, for example for Google Play's app review. A code entered in Settings unlocks new trips and records on that phone.

What's new

Turned sideways, the screens now stay clear of the phone’s own back, home and recent-apps buttons - nothing sits under them any more, including the end of Start trip. Small fixes under the hood: receipt pictures picked from your files are opened at a set size, and an outdated library Google flagged has been updated.
