Track Drive Tech is the official work app for Track Drive Pvt Ltd field technicians and office staff. FOR TECHNICIANS - Home dashboard — jobs assigned to you, open jobs, stock and balance at a glance. - Jobs — new tracker installations, redo and removal jobs, assigned to you or open to all technicians. - Instant job alerts with a clear tone when a new job arrives or is assigned to you. - Add Equipment — scan the IMEI barcode, pick the SIM from your own stock and send the vehicle to briefing. - Redo and removal jobs — record the work done on the spot. - Works offline — save your work without signal; it uploads automatically when you are back online. - My Stock — devices and SIMs issued to you, items to return, and every device and SIM used per vehicle. - My Earnings — amounts added by the office, payments received and balance due. - One tap to call the customer or open the address in Maps. FOR OFFICE STAFF - Dashboard of pending jobs, money collected, outstanding and items needing action. - Assign jobs to technicians. - Complete customer briefings, record invoice payments and advance entries. - Manage commissions, technician payments and installation costs.
