Olevia: Salon Booking

Olevia is salon booking software for salons where some people are employed, some rent a chair, and most run both. Your client books the whole visit in one go and pays once. Behind the scenes the money is split and settled straight into each self-employed professional's own bank account. No commission, no booking fee, and nothing for you to divide up on a Friday afternoon. Split payments, built in Add a professional and say whether they are employed or self-employed. Employed shares settle into the salon's account. Chair renters connect their own bank once and are paid directly for their own work, from the client to them. It never passes through your account and it never sits in ours, so your turnover stays yours and there is nothing to hold, chase or hand over at the end of the week. A visit involving two employed stylists and a self-employed nail technician is still one payment for your client, split behind the scenes into the right accounts. Run the day from the salon floor One diary for everybody, on the phone in your apron pocket. See what was booked, what was paid up front, who it went to, and the empty hour you could still fill. Every professional keeps their own working week, their own time off, their own prices and their own durations, because the same treatment can take an hour with one person and ninety minutes with another. Stop losing money to an empty chair A late cancellation costs a self-employed professional the whole afternoon, and the rent is still due. Olevia handles it before it has to become a conversation. - Take nothing, a card check, a deposit, or the full amount - Set it per professional, per service and per client - Cards are verified with the bank and kept on file, so a no-show fee can be charged afterwards - Repeat no-shows lose online booking until you lift it - Reminders by text and email, with a one-tap confirm and a calendar invite - The cancelled slot goes straight back on your booking page Your clients book in the same app They choose the professional they want, see real availability, and pay one total with one card, however many people are on the booking. One line on their statement, not three. They get reminders, a calendar entry, and a single message thread with the salon that whoever is free can answer. Patch tests are tracked and expire with a warning before the next appointment. Everything is included, on every licence - Split payments, per professional - Multiple salons under one brand - Consultation and consent forms - Patch tests, tracked and booked - Add-ons and treatment variations - Rates and durations per professional - Booking rules per client - Direct messaging with your clients - Reviews from clients who actually attended - Working hours and time off - Rooms and shared equipment - Block booking for a course of six - Treatment logs - Invoicing, receipts and refunds - A landing page on your own address On other platforms a good half of that sits behind a higher tier, a paid add-on or a fee per booking. Here there is no upgrade to sell you. Your own address, not a profile Every salon gets a booking page on its own web address, and every professional gets one showing only what they do. One link for your bio, your window and your texts, with your photographs and your prices and nobody else's advert on the way in. Clients who would rather not install anything can book the same way in a browser. We do not sell your clients to the salon down the road Booking marketplaces get paid twice: once by you, and again by selling the salons near you a place above your name in the search results. We do not sell those packages, to anybody, at any price. Built for hair salons, barbers, nail and lash technicians, aesthetics clinics, tattoo studios, therapy clinics, spas and gyms: anywhere the chair, the room or the couch is rented out.
