Kawafiry - Salon booking

Kawafiry is Syria’s salon booking, management and discovery platform. Manage your salon appointments, walk-in queue and customers in one place. Built for barbershops, hair salons and beauty salons across Syria. Replace notebooks, paper and scattered WhatsApp messages with one simple place to manage your day, grow your salon’s online presence and let customers find and book with you. Your daily calendar See all appointments on one screen. Add a booking in seconds, reschedule or cancel it, and always know who is coming and when. Your salon page online Create a public salon page with your services, prices, opening hours and photos. Customers can discover your salon, view your details and book by themselves — without a phone call or message. Salon discovery directory Kawafiry helps customers discover barbershops and beauty salons in Syria by city, neighborhood or location. They can see available salons, opening status, services and prices before booking. Walk-in queue For customers who arrive without an appointment. They can take a queue number from their phone and see how many people are ahead of them, while you manage and call the next turn. Customer records Keep customer names, visit history and personal notes in one place — including preferences, hair-colour formulas, haircut lengths and more. Your records belong to you and can be exported whenever you need them. Services and prices Organize your services into categories, set a price and duration for each service, and update them whenever you want. Invoices and receipts Create and print an invoice or receipt for your customer. Keep your salon records organized and available when you need them. QR code and printable poster Get a ready-to-print poster with a QR code that takes customers directly to your salon page. Put it on a mirror, at the entrance or anywhere in your salon. Notifications Receive a notification when a customer books an appointment or joins the queue — even when the app is closed. Accounts for your team Give each barber or team member their own account and calendar, while you keep a complete view of the salon. Works with a weak internet connection Kawafiry saves the latest information you viewed, so you can still check your day’s appointments when your internet connection is interrupted. Try Kawafiry free for 15 days — no card required and no commitment. Kawafiry is Arabic-first and built specifically for salons in Syria and the region.
