Pudwise takes one trusted Yorkshire pudding recipe and recalculates it for the kitchen you are actually standing in. Set your elevation, humidity, oven, pan, fat, batch size, the result you are after and how many times you have done this before. Pudwise gives back the ingredient amounts in metric, imperial or both, the oven temperature in the units your oven actually uses (Celsius, fan Celsius or gas mark), the preheat, the rest, the bake time, and a written reason for every adjustment it made.
