Core Elements is the private client space of Core Elements Counselling and Holistic Health (Alicia Hinger, Registered Psychologist, Lethbridge, Alberta). It gives her clients a quiet place to stay connected to their work between sessions. WHAT'S INSIDE • The Companion: an AI-powered reflection space grounded in Alicia's Core Elements of Self approach. Somewhere to think out loud, notice what's coming up, and practice the work between sessions. • The Course: Core Elements of Self, a self-paced journey through five modules, with Alicia's teaching on video, short practices, and a private journal that saves as you go. • Daily Check-In: a quiet moment with yourself each day, with streaks that gently keep you coming back. • Guided Practices: short, gently-led practices you can reach any time. ACCESS IS BY INVITATION This app is for clients of the practice. It opens with a personal link from Alicia, provided as part of working together. HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS The companion is an AI tool, and you are always told you are talking to software. This app offers supportive education, not therapy, diagnosis, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Nothing you write is monitored in real time. If you are in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline, Canada), call 911 if anyone is in immediate danger, or call 811 (Health Link Alberta). PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your reflections are private by default. Your data is stored in Canada, encrypted, and never sold or used for advertising. Personal identifiers are removed from messages before AI processing. You can request a complete export or deletion of your information at any time through the practice.
