ODRISC is a maternal–fetal intelligence platform designed to help women better understand their pregnancy journey while giving clinicians a clearer, more connected view of maternal health and fetal growth. Pregnancy involves many changes happening at the same time — maternal health, weight, nutrition, activity, pregnancy risk, fetal development and growth. Yet this information is often viewed separately. ODRISC brings these elements together into one connected experience so that women can follow what is changing, understand what may matter next, and engage more meaningfully with their pregnancy care. For women, ODRISC provides personalised maternal health support through tools that help assess individual risk factors, understand their starting point, access personalised nutrition and physical activity guidance, and monitor weight and progress over time. The aim is to make pregnancy information easier to understand, more relevant to the individual, and more useful throughout the journey rather than only at isolated points in time. For clinicians, ODRISC is developing Fetal Growth Intelligence to help organise and interpret pregnancy dating, fetal biometry, growth trajectories, growth velocity and Doppler-related information across multiple scans. By connecting measurements longitudinally, the platform is designed to help clinicians see how fetal growth is changing over time rather than relying only on individual measurements taken at separate visits. Our approach is built around continuity. Maternal factors and fetal growth are not treated as separate journeys. ODRISC aims to connect maternal risk, BMI, weight, nutrition, activity and health information with gestational age, fetal biometry, growth, percentiles, velocity and clinical observations — helping create a more complete view of pregnancy. We are building ODRISC because pregnancy care generates a large amount of valuable information, but much of it can remain fragmented across consultations, measurements, reports and different stages of pregnancy. We believe women should be able to understand their own journey more clearly, and clinicians should have better tools to organise and follow important changes over time. ODRISC is intended to support, not replace, professional medical care. The platform does not provide medical diagnoses or replace clinical judgement. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals. Our long-term vision is to move pregnancy care toward a more connected, preventive and personalised model — one that helps women understand their health, helps clinicians follow change more effectively, and brings the maternal and fetal journey together as one pregnancy.
