Obsera gives teams a focused mobile workspace for managing customer conversations and post comments across connected social channels. Stay connected to your shared inbox while you are away from your desk. Sign in securely, choose an organization, and see new conversations and comment activity as they arrive. What you can do in Obsera: • Manage open and closed conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Business, Telegram, and Live Chat where enabled. • Search by customer name or phone number. • Filter by assignment, folder, tags, status, and date range. • Switch between all connected channels or focus on one platform and account. • Reply with text, images, videos, documents, and voice messages where supported. • Send approved WhatsApp templates when a WhatsApp conversation is outside the messaging window. • Add internal notes and mention teammates. • See delivery and read status with live updates. • Review post-comment threads from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Business. • Reply to comments and use supported moderation actions from one workspace. • Manage organizations, team members, connected accounts, profile settings, and appearance. • Use light, dark, or system appearance mode. Obsera works with the Obsera omnichannel platform. An Obsera workspace and at least one connected channel account are required. New social channel connections are completed in the Obsera web platform through the relevant provider setup flow. This release focuses on the mobile inbox, post comments, and team operations. Some account connection and administration tasks continue on the web platform, and capabilities vary by provider.
