ACCESS IS BY INVITATION FROM YOUR COMPANY. NRO Connect is for restaurant companies already set up on it, and the people they invite. A new company can't be created in the app. NRO Connect puts every new restaurant opening on the same page: opening dates, trainer staffing, offers, daily schedules and the opening team's messages, in one place for everyone who opens a restaurant. Each company is set up on NRO Connect before its people can use it. The company's Admin then invites each person by email, and they sign in with that email. Signing in without an invitation shows a "not added yet" screen and no company's data. Ask your Manager to add you. OPENINGS AND STAFFING • Set each opening's dates, then the positions, certifications and headcount it needs. • Lay out who arrives and leaves when on a roster timeline, or start from a saved roster template. • Send one offer per open spot. Sending an offer holds the trainer's dates, travel days included, so nobody is double-booked. • Trainers accept or decline the whole offer before its deadline, and an NRO Manager confirms. • Proposed date changes wait for the trainer's answer, and the original dates stay held until then. DAILY SCHEDULES • The GM Lead publishes each day's schedule. • Trainers see their own shifts and the team's, with the trip's travel details for reference. OPENING BOARD AND MESSAGES • Every opening has a board for the whole team. • Private messages between trainers and their NRO Managers. • Report or block anyone, and leaders can remove posts that don't belong. • Notifications for offers, confirmations, changes and new messages. FOR EVERYONE ON THE TEAM • Certified Trainers: answer offers, mark days off, set travel preferences and see where to be. • GM Leads: publish the daily schedule and lead the opening team. • NRO Managers and Admins: plan openings, staff them and see what needs attention. WORKS EVERYWHERE NRO Connect runs on phones, tablets and the web, with the same features on each. Schedules and messages you have already opened stay readable without a connection.
