Norsup One

Norsup One puts your smart pool in your pocket. Monitor your pool from anywhere and take care of it without leaving the couch. Open and close the cover with one tap, keep an eye on water temperature, pH and chlorine, and let the app warn you if anything drifts out of range. KEY FEATURES • Cover control — open, stop and close the deck cover remotely. Built-in safety checks prevent operation when you're far from the pool. • Live water quality — real-time pH, redox (Rx), chlorine, water temperature, ambient temperature. • Auto-dosing — set targets for pH and chlorine; the system doses while you relax. • Heating — control pool heating setpoints, schedules and switch between heat sources. • Filter pump — set schedules, see live pump speed and trigger backwash. • Lighting — RGB pool light control with scenes and schedules. • Auxiliary outputs — schedule and toggle up to six aux relays for heat pumps, salt cells, fountains and other accessories. • Activity logbook — every change is logged so you can see who did what and when. • Notifications — push alerts for low/high pH, low/high chlorine, no-flow alarms, freeze warnings and more. • Multi-pool — manage several pools from one account, perfect for installers and pool managers. WHO IT IS FOR Norsup One is built for owners of Norsup-installed smart pool systems. If your pool is fitted with a Norsup controller, the app gives you full control: at home, on the road, or on holiday. INSTALLATION After installing the app, sign in with the credentials supplied by your Norsup pool installer. The app uses your phone's location only to verify you're within range of the pool when you operate the cover — a safety feature so the cover never closes on someone you can't see.
