Full description

You already know it isn't rational. You act on it anyway. SIXTY is a timer for the moment before you do something you'll regret. When the urge to check their phone, ask again, or send the message hits, you start sixty minutes instead. You say nothing in that time. When the hour is up, if it still matters, you say it calmly. The feeling is never the failure. Acting on it in the moment is. HOW IT WORKS Start the timer when the urge hits. The app counts down sixty minutes and tells you when it's over. Write it off. Say everything you want to say, into the app, where it can't be sent. Rate how intense it feels at the start and again at the end. You'll see it come down on its own. Log the outcome, whether you held or not. Every entry counts, no matter how it went. WHAT IT COUNTS The days you waited it out. Your longest run. Every surge you survived. WHAT IT ISN'T No chat. No AI. No journal to fill in. No lessons to work through. Understanding the pattern isn't the hard part. The twenty minutes after the trigger is. SIXTY is built on postponement, response prevention and urge surfing, the same techniques used for intrusive thoughts and compulsions, stripped down to one thing you can use in the moment. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone who checks, asks, tests, accuses, or goes quiet to make a point, and knows it's costing them. SIXTY is a habit tracker. It is not therapy and it is not a substitute for talking to someone.
