NNERB keeps everything about your family's classes in one place — the schedule, who is enrolled, how they are progressing, and what is owed. It is the parent and participant app for swim schools, academies, sports clubs and after-school programmes that run on NNERB. Your provider sets up your account, and everyone in your household appears together. YOUR SCHEDULE See what is on today and what is coming up, across every participant in your household. Class times, programmes and terms stay up to date automatically when your provider changes them. CHECK IN YOUR WAY Arrive and check in however your venue is set up: scan a QR code, tap your phone to an NFC kiosk, use a Bluetooth beacon, confirm by GPS at the venue, show your Digital Pass, or simply ask a staff member. Your Digital Pass lives in the app, so there is nothing to print or remember. FOLLOW THEIR PROGRESS Track skills and levels as your child works through a programme. See what has been assessed, what is next, and view certificates they have earned along the way. ATTENDANCE HISTORY Look back over past sessions to see who attended, who was marked late, and what was missed. TALK TO THE PEOPLE TEACHING THEM Message your provider's staff directly from the app, read announcements, and complete any forms or surveys they send you. Turn on notifications for class reminders and new messages. BILLING WITHOUT THE PAPER TRAIL View invoices and outstanding balances, see exactly what each charge is for, and pay securely through your provider's payment page. Already paid by bank transfer? Attach a photo or PDF of your receipt so your provider can match it up. ONE APP, EVERY PROVIDER Enrolled with more than one business? Each keeps its own records for the members of your family who attend there, and you can switch between them without signing out. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD NNERB is used alongside a class provider.
