NNERB Kiosk

NNERB Kiosk turns a tablet at your front desk into a self-service check-in terminal for any business that runs scheduled sessions with recurring participants - swim schools and aquatic academies, dance and martial arts studios, sports clubs, music and tutoring programmes, daycares and after-school clubs, and training centres of every kind. It is the companion terminal to the NNERB platform. Mount a tablet in the lobby, activate it once with a setup code from your dashboard, and people check themselves in while your staff get on with teaching. AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED This app is for businesses that already use NNERB. A setup code from your dashboard activates the device, and staff sign in with accounts your business creates. FOUR WAYS TO CHECK IN Scan a Digital Pass from the NNERB app, tap an enrolled NFC card, let a phone find the kiosk over Bluetooth, or simply tap the screen and find your name. Whichever a venue prefers, attendance lands in the same register your staff already use. NO PASSWORDS AT THE DOOR A walk-up confirms who they are with the month and day of their birthday on a large numpad. No account, no password, and nothing for a child to remember. BUILT FOR AN UNATTENDED SCREEN The layout adapts to a tablet in landscape or portrait, names are shortened on the shared display so a lobby full of people cannot read the full register, and the screen returns to the welcome view by itself after each person. STAFF MODE WHEN YOU NEED IT Staff sign in on the same device to check someone in manually, enrol a new NFC card, switch which venue the kiosk is serving, or change how it takes check-ins. KEEPS WORKING WHEN THE WIFI DOES NOT Check-ins taken while the connection is down are queued on the device and synced automatically once it returns, so a brief outage never costs you a register. PRIVACY NNERB Kiosk does not track your location. The camera is used only to read a pass; images are never stored or uploaded. Bluetooth is used only to let a phone find this kiosk, never for advertising or tracking.
