Flexion Float - Motion Therapy

Make Shoulder Rehab Fun. Stop Counting Reps, Start Sailing! Flexion Float - Motion Therapy turns tedious home shoulder exercises into an engaging game. Designed by a clinician, this app uses advanced motion-tracking technology to help you improve your range of motion without the boredom. How It Works: You don't need expensive equipment or VR headsets. Just your smartphone. Set up your phone on a table with the front camera facing you. Step back so your upper body is visible. Raise your arm (abduction/flexion movements) to control a boat on the screen. The further you stretch, the better the boat sails! This immediate visual feedback encourages you to push your range of motion gently while focusing on the game, rather than the pain or the repetition count. Why Choose Flexion Float? Gamified Recovery: Transform dull physical therapy routines into an interactive experience. Perfect for frozen shoulder, post-surgical rehab, or general shoulder stiffness. Clinician-Designed: Developed with physiotherapy principles to ensure the movements are relevant to recovery goals. Instant Feedback: See your physical effort translate directly into in-game motion. Privacy First: We use your camera strictly for real-time motion detection. All processing happens locally on your device. No images or video are ever recorded, stored, or sent to a server. Reclaim your movement one sail at a time. Download Flexion Float today! Disclaimer: This application is a supportive tool for wellness and exercise.
