MoC Mate

MoC Mate is an independent app from Nexus Geoscience Pty Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by the NSW Resources Regulator, Resources Safety & Health Queensland, or any government agency. It does not provide government services, and it does not decide whether you meet your certificate conditions. It is a private record-keeping tool: you log your own continuing professional development, attach your own evidence, and export your own logbook. Official source MoC Mate covers the NSW maintenance of competence scheme. Everything it says about that scheme comes from documents published by the NSW Resources Regulator — the scheme guide, the logbook template and the audit fact sheet. Read the originals here: https://www.resources.nsw.gov.au/resources-regulator/safety/certification/maintenance-of-competence Inside the app, Profile → Legal & about → Compliance basis lists every source behind every rule, the clause it rests on, and the date we last checked it, with a link to the publisher's own page. The safety videos in the app are published by other organisations — regulators, Coal Services, industry bodies and documentary makers. MoC Mate links to each one on its publisher's own channel, names that publisher beside the video, and records the time you spend. We do not produce them and we do not speak for any publisher. What it does • Log activities against the NSW learning types, with the hours, date, provider and evidence in one place • Progress at a glance: hours logged, hours still needed, and any cap you are close to • Watch safety videos from regulators and industry bodies in the app and have the hours recorded for you • Import an existing logbook, including the Regulator's published spreadsheet template, and review every row before it is saved • Export a PDF or CSV of your whole record whenever you are asked for it • Your evidence files stay with the activity they belong to Built for the people who hold the ticket MoC Mate is made for undermanagers, deputies, examiners, ventilation officers, engineering managers and every other statutory function under the NSW scheme. Enter your function once and the app applies the targets published in the scheme guide. Subscription MoC Mate is subscription-only: A$5.99 per month, with a one-month free trial for new subscribers, billed through Google Play. Cancel any time in your Google Play subscriptions. Please note The status indicators in MoC Mate are our own calculations against the published scheme rules. They are not a determination by any regulator, and the responsibility for meeting your certificate conditions stays with you. Regulators amend these schemes from time to time; always confirm the current requirements against the official source linked above. Queensland Practising Certificate Scheme support is coming soon as PC Mate.
