NextPOS

NextPOS is an all-in-one point-of-sale and retail management app built for South African businesses — general stores, retailers, cafés, and wellness centres. It's fast at the counter, works offline, and keeps you SARS- and POPIA-ready out of the box. OFFLINE-FIRST RELIABILITY Load-shedding and dropped connections won't stop you selling. Products, carts, and transactions are processed on-device using an embedded database, so the till runs at full speed with zero internet. Everything syncs securely to the cloud automatically the moment you're back online — no sales lost. SARS-COMPLIANT TAX INVOICING Automatic 15% VAT with sequential invoice numbering and clear line-item tax breakdowns on every sale. Mix VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive items in the same basket. Complete a sale in one tap and the invoice is saved instantly. POWERFUL POINT OF SALE • Clean, responsive layout for Android phones and tablets • Weight-based (price per gram) and unit products in one catalogue • Cash, card, EFT and mobile payment methods • Automatic change calculation • Fast product search and category grid INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Track stock levels in real time with automatic deductions on every sale. Add products, set prices, manage categories, and keep an accurate view of what's on the shelf. MEMBERS & LOYALTY Register members, look them up in seconds, and reward repeat business. Optional age assurance and identity verification support businesses that operate under a membership model. REPORTS & DASHBOARD See daily revenue, best-selling products, and trends at a glance. Run sales reports by day, week, month, or custom date range to understand exactly how your business is performing. CASH-UP & STAFF CONTROL End-of-day cash-up reconciles your drawer with recorded sales. Role-based access (Owner, Manager, Cashier) with secure PIN sign-in keeps staff permissions tight and accountability clear. MULTIPLE STORES Manage more than one location from a single account, switch between stores instantly, and keep each store's sales, stock, and staff separate. PRIVACY BY DESIGN (POPIA) NextPOS is built around South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, personal information is handled only for legitimate business purposes, and members can request access, correction, or deletion of their data. SIMPLE, FAIR PRICING Start with a 14-day free trial — no card needed to begin. Choose a monthly or annual plan (save 15% annually) with per-store add-on pricing as you grow. Cancel anytime; your access continues to the end of the paid period. WHO IS IT FOR? Shops, retailers, cafés, kiosks, and membership-based clubs in South Africa that need a reliable, compliant till that works with or without internet. PERMISSIONS Camera: used only for scanning ID/product barcodes and capturing documents during registration. Images are never shared with third parties or used for advertising.
