Full description
The war ended by treaty with both fleets still fuelled. The Accord demands that every capital keel be broken, plate by plate, where everyone can see it. Somebody has to do the breaking. That somebody is you. You hold one licence, one berth off the Roadstead, and a swarm of second-hand drones. The Yard tows the keels in. You take them apart. THE SWARM WORKS WHILE YOU ARE AWAY Point the drones at a section of the hull and they cut, plate by plate, around the clock. Come back to find the work done, the scrap counted and the next layer showing through. Every ship comes apart in the same order, so what you see is what happened. THE FLEET Thirty-nine hulls across thirteen classes, from frigates and haulers to dreadnoughts and titans, each its own silhouette. The contracts climb: small condemned keels first, then the leviathans, and never the same class twice running. CUT A SEAM YOURSELF Every seam of consequence is cut by a licensed hand. Trace the marked seam before the torch dies and the swarm banks hours of work. A clean cut pays. A graze pays nothing. THE BERTH AND THE QUARTERS Scrap buys gear in your engine room: more drones, harder cutters, greedier haulers, an overseer who keeps the swarm working longer while you are away. What is left over furnishes your quarters, one keepsake at a time. WHAT SITS AT THE MIDDLE Some of these keels are older than the war they are blamed for. The manifests stop at the engineering decks. Whatever you find in your berth is yours. That is the licence. QUIET BY DESIGN - Plays offline. No account needed. Google Play Games sign-in is optional and brings twelve achievements and a cloud copy of your save - Every hull, drone and room is original art made for this game - Salvage Scrip buys crew time, never metal: an overtime shift, a chartered second swarm. It comes from play and from the daily stipend, from an optional broadcast, or as an optional purchase - Adverts appear in the broadcast slot and as a banner. Watching a broadcast is always your choice - Music and sound have their own switches
