NexPro is the field app for Nexus's authorized dealer network — shop owners, branch staff, and field technicians who sell and service Nexus extended warranty plans on consumer electronics and appliances. Accounts are provided by Nexus as part of onboarding — this app is for existing dealer partners and staff, not a general public sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO Sell Warranties Walk a customer through a real extended warranty sale: pick the device category and brand, capture the invoice and device details, choose from the eligible plans and durations, and complete payment. A digital certificate is generated and emailed to the customer automatically. Manage Your Team Add branch staff and field technicians, assign them to branches, and control their access — all from the Team screen. No paperwork, no separate onboarding process. Manage Branches Add and manage every location your business operates from, each with its own staff and technicians. Track Payouts See your commission balance, credit line, and full transaction history in the Ledger. Request a withdrawal directly from the app and track its status through to payout. Field Service Technicians can view their assigned branches and complete field sales on the go, with the same real-time pricing and certificate issuance as an in-store sale. Warranty Lookup Customers who purchased through a Nexus dealer can view their certificate and coverage details, and file a claim if something goes wrong. WHO THIS APP IS FOR - Dealer / shop owners (Organization Admins) - Branch staff (Sales Executives, Store Managers, Cashiers) - Field technicians - Customers who purchased a Nexus warranty through a dealer SECURITY Sign-in uses your registered email with a one-time code, or a password for shop owner accounts — no separate username or PIN to remember.
