Nexphaz Reviews

Nexphaz Reviews is the companion app for businesses using Nexphaz review stands, stickers and cards - the tap-or-scan devices you put on a counter, a table or a window so customers can leave a Google review before they walk out. Set a stand on the counter. A customer taps it with their phone or scans the code, and your Google review page opens. No app for them to install, nothing to type. This app is for you, the owner. SEE WHAT YOUR STANDS ARE DOING - Taps over the last 7 or 30 days - A day-by-day chart of when customers actually scan - A breakdown per stand, so you can tell the front counter from the patio table - How many taps reached your Google review form YOUR HARDWARE IN ONE PLACE Every stand, sticker and card you own, with its own scan count. Rename them, download their QR codes, or point one somewhere else. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK Private feedback customers left you, alongside your Google reviews. SEVERAL LOCATIONS Run more than one business on one account and switch between them. WHAT YOU NEED A Nexphaz review stand, sticker or card, and the email address you use for your Nexphaz dashboard. The app is free, and there is nothing to buy inside it. HOW WE TREAT REVIEWS Every customer goes to the same place: your Google review page. We never filter by how happy someone is, never send unhappy customers somewhere else, and never write reviews for you. That is Google's rule and ours. Nexphaz is not affiliated with Google.
