Sirvanos Go: Order Direct

Sirvanos Go lets you order pickup and delivery straight from independent restaurants, and gives each restaurant's kitchen, managers and drivers the tools to get that order to you. ORDER IN A FEW TAPS, NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Browse the menu, choose your sides and add-ons, and check out with just your name and phone number. Delivery is ready by default, or switch to pickup. Order for as soon as possible, or pick a time later today or on another day. SEE THE REAL PRICE BEFORE YOU PAY Item prices, delivery fee, tax and tip are calculated from the restaurant's own prices and shown before you place the order. Tip presets are one tap. Pay by card where the restaurant takes online payments, or with cash where it accepts cash. FOLLOW YOUR ORDER LIVE Watch your order move from placed to accepted, preparing, ready and on the way. Once the driver leaves, you see their first name, how far away they are and when their position was last updated, next to the estimated arrival time. REORDER YOUR FAVORITES Your recent orders stay on your phone. Reorder in one tap; anything the restaurant no longer has is pointed out before checkout. FOR RESTAURANT KITCHENS New orders appear on a live board with a repeating sound until someone opens them. Accept with a prep time, reject with a reason, mark orders ready, add time when the kitchen is busy, and mark items sold out. Scheduled orders get a reminder 40 minutes before they are due. Order details are large enough to read from across the counter. FOR MANAGERS Everything the kitchen has, plus: assign drivers, see today's, yesterday's, 7-day and 30-day sales, change menu prices and availability, set store hours, pause ordering, and invite staff and drivers with a one-time code. FOR DRIVERS Go on or off duty, see your assigned deliveries with the address, items and any cash to collect, and hand off to your maps app with one tap. One big button moves the delivery along: Picked up, On the way, Delivered. Take a photo at the door and record cash collected. YOUR PRIVACY No ads and no tracking. A driver's location is shared only while that driver is carrying a delivery that is on the way, and only with that customer and the restaurant; a notification stays on screen the whole time. It stops at Delivered. Guests can erase their details from the app at any time; staff and drivers can delete their account in the app. IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH The app follows your phone's language. Sirvanos Go shows the restaurants that use it. Restaurant staff and drivers sign in with an account their restaurant creates for them.
