Full description

NexJob is the field companion for your NexJob account — built for technicians and crews who run their day from the truck. TODAY, AT A GLANCE • See today's jobs and the week ahead the moment you open the app • Customize your home screen: pick the tabs and dashboard cards you use RUN THE JOB • Update job status — customers automatically get "on my way" texts when your company enables them • Work the job checklist; every completed item is stamped with who and when • Attach before/after photos from the camera or your library • Capture the customer's signature right on your phone • Clock in and out — to the day or to a specific job GET PAID • Build and send quotes by email or text, right from the field • Turn a completed job into an invoice in one step • Send a secure payment link by text — customers pay in their own browser STAY IN TOUCH • Text customers from the app using your company number, with the full conversation history • Push notifications for new assignments, schedule changes, quote responses, and paid invoices — with per-type controls BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Keep working in dead zones — build quotes, update job status, complete checklists and capture signatures with no signal. Everything queues and syncs automatically the moment you're back in coverage, with nothing lost and nothing sent twice. • Lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID, or your fingerprint, so a truck full of customer names, addresses, and job details stays private if your phone is lost or left in the cab. • Large, glove-friendly controls, readable in bright sunlight NexJob requires a NexJob company account. Ask your office to invite you, or start at nex-job.com.
