CheckIn Pro: Physique Tracker

No remotes. No propping your phone against a water bottle and sprinting back. The perfect tool to track your competition or fitness transformation progress. CheckIn Pro calls your division's poses out loud, one by one, and fires the shutter when you say the word — so every weekly check-in is shot the same way, from the same spot. Then it shows you exactly how far you've come, as a side-by-side or a timelapse video of your entire prep. SHOOT HANDS-FREE - Guided sessions announce each pose and count you down — no touching the phone. - Three ways to trigger: Voice Command (you choose), motion sensor trigger, and countdown timer. - Adjustable pacing so you always have time to hit each pose. FRAME IDENTICALLY EVERY WEEK - A ghost overlay of last week's shot lines you up before you shoot. - Division-aware pose lists: Men's & Women's Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men's & Women's Physique, Figure, Fitness, Fitness Model, Wellness and Bikini — plus a Lifestyle single-angle mode and DDP Yoga's 6-photo protocol. SEE THE PROGRESS - Side-by-side: pick any two check-ins, align them by pinch and drag, and export a clean comparison in 4:5, 1:1 or 5:4. - Timelapse: line up to 12 check-ins, align each to the last, and export a branded video that fades from your first photo to your latest — the transformation post nobody else can make for you. - Remove the background on-device and put yourself on a clean black, white or grey backdrop. Mark anything the cutout missed and it's cleaned up for you. - Exports at social size (2048 px) or maximum (4096 px) so you can zoom in on your own conditioning. TRACK EVERYTHING - Log weight and measurements with trend charts. - Manage multiple shows with a peak-week countdown (weeks-out, days-to-goal). - Everything is organized in your Library and, if you choose, also saved to a "CheckIn Pro" album in your photos. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account, no server — your photos never leave your device unless you share them. - Choose whether photos also go to your photo library, or live only inside the app. - Back up everything as a single file, offload a finished show to save space, and restore on a new phone. Prep smarter: shoot consistent check-ins, compare honestly, and step on stage knowing exactly where you stand. Premium unlocks unlimited check-ins, side-by-side and timelapse exports, photo import and multiple shows. Your first check-ins and previews of every comparison are included at no charge.
