Alzo is a gym workout tracker: build your routines, log every set and follow your progress. No subscriptions, no purchases, no account. Generate a training program based on your goal, experience, available days and equipment, then customise it any way you like. What you can do with Alzo: - Generate a workout program based on your goal, experience, schedule and equipment. - Create and edit as many gym routines as you need. - Log weights, reps, RIR, warm-up sets and notes. - Use the rest timer and resume an interrupted session. - Review your workout history, logged volume and estimated 1RM. - Add food manually or look up products by barcode. - Track water and body weight and set personal targets. - Export a JSON backup or your workouts as CSV. Workouts and the food journal work offline. Looking up new products requires an internet connection. Your data stays on your device: you manage your own backups. Available in English and Italian, with light and dark themes and kg/lb units. Alzo is a fitness journal for adults, not a medical device. Progression suggestions are general, explainable and based on completed sets: they do not replace professional assessment. Nutrition data comes from Open Food Facts and should be checked against the product label.

What's new

During a workout you now see what you did last time for each exercise: sets, load, RIR and note. If a load stays stuck for three workouts, Alzo proposes a 90% deload and explains why. The journal shows a ring of calories eaten against your estimated burn, with your target and macro rings. New automatic backup: pick a folder and Alzo saves your data there after every workout.
