* NBYS Aile Hekimliği uygulamamız YENİLENDİ Uludağ Bilişim'in sizler için geliştirdiği NBYS Aile Hekimliği uygulamamızın yenilenen tasarımı ve eklenen yeni modülleri ile aile hekimleri; - Merkezi Hekim Randevu Sistemi (MHRS) modülü - Sağlıkta İstatistik ve Nedensel Analizler (SİNA) modülü - Aşı Takip Sistemi için (QR Kod) modülü - Hasta Yönetim Platformu (HYP) modülü - Bekleyen Hasta Listesi modülü - Tahlil Sonuçları modülü - SMS Gönderimi modülü - Özellikli İzlem modülü - Temas Durum Sorgulama modülü - MHRS Çalışma planı - Aile Hekimi Öğren modülü ve çoklu hekim ekleme ve hekimler arası kolayca geçiş arayüzüne artık istedikleri her yerden anında ulaşabilecekler. Bunun için yapılması gereken tek şey uygulamayı yükledikten sonra Hekim Ayarları sayfasında sağ üstte bulunan hekim ekleme butonuna basıp T.C. Kimlik Numaranız, USS Şifreniz ve ÇKYS Kodunuzu doğru ve eksiksiz bir biçimde girmek olacaktır. Hekim Ayarları sayfasında eklediğiniz hekimler arası geçişi sol taraftaki kutucuğu işaretleyerek yapabilirsiniz. Sağlıkta İstatistik ve Nedensel Analizler (SİNA) modülünde yapılan, yapılmayan ve toplam sayı bilgisi ile görebilirsiniz. İstediğiniz izlem veya aşı türüne tıklayarak izlemi yapılan veya yapılmayan hastaları listeleyebilirsiniz. Dilediğiniz hasta isminin üzerine tıklandığınızda kişinin MHRS ve e-Nabız sisteminde kayıtlı iletişim bilgilerine ulaşarak arama işlemi yapabilirsiniz. Merkezi Hekim Randevu Sistemi (MHRS) modülünde randevu listenize ulaşabilir, randevu alan hasta isimlerine ve bilgilerini görebilirsiniz isimlerinin üzerine tıklandığınızda kişinin MHRS ve e-Nabız sisteminde kayıtlı iletişim bilgilerine ulaşarak arama işlemi yapabilirsiniz. Aşı Takip Sistemi için (QR Kod) modülünde 'Barkod okutmak için tıklayınız' butonuna basarak kamera izni verdiğiniz takdirde barkod okutma işlemini gerçekleştirebilirsiniz. Hasta Yönetim Platformu (HYP) modülünde hastalık türünü seçip dilerseniz T.C. Kimlik numarasına göre arama yaparak işlemlerinizi yapabilirsiniz. Tahlil Sonuçları modülünde sonuçlarını görmek istediğiniz hastayı seçip gelen ekranda hastanın tahlil tarihini seçip sonuçlarına bakabilirsiniz. Temas Durum Sorgulama ve Aile Hekimi Öğren modüllerinde hastanın T.C. Kimlik numarasını girip arama butonuna basarak sonuçları listeleyebilirsiniz.
