Napp

Napp is your newest reliable and affordable solution to on-demand childcare. Serving as a community that provides the freedom to choose a family or babysitter that fits any schedule, last minute request, or specific need. Napp connects families to qualified babysitters from vetted and background checked profiles of committed and trusted candidates. Booking is simple and all payments are automatic. Post your wants as a family, or availability as a babysitter, connect, and confirm. It’s that simple. Sitters, scheduling and availability is completely up to you, making Napp your new favorite and reliable side-hustle. Our sitters understand and uphold Napp standards to the fullest. This comes with the understanding that when we’re entrusted with littles, in your home, a family pet’s welfare and cleanliness and upkeep of their surrounding environment is also a responsibility. Of course, allergies and fears are respected and filtered as we take steps to match only the most qualified sitters to families’ homes and vice-versa. Most importantly, Napp is the the brainchild of two professional nannies, who listened to a network of families, neighbors, sitters, and small business owners, each insisting on the design and development of the Napp app. While the Baltimore community served as its HQ, word of mouth, a stellar reputation and a genuine love for high-quality childcare fueled and grew the demand. Napp is now proudly servicing Baltimore, MD (and surrounding counties), Denver, CO and Tampa, FL. "Napp has made the sitter search seamless. I always used Care.com in the past. Weeding through all of the candidates and then speaking to their references was a daunting and timely task. Napp did all of that for me, they cherry picked the best. All sweet, responsible fun and energetic. Highly recommend!” - Napp Family “Napp gave me the opportunity to have the flexibility and extra cash I need to fuel my own ventures. Having them as a flexible and reliable resource in my corner gave me the security and cash I needed to be able to pursue starting my business" - Napp Sitter "It’s such peace of mind knowing I’ll definitely be able to book someone—love it!” - Napp Family “One of the most rewarding feelings as a Napp sitter is not only do I get to have fun with the kids but I know parents can come back a bit more recharged than they may have been before!” - Napp Sitter IT'S #NAPPTIME
