当アプリは、PFC（プロテイン、ファット、カーボ）バランスを計算するための便利なツールです。健康的な食生活を維持する上で、タンパク質、脂質、炭水化物のバランスは重要です。このアプリを使用すると、各カロリー要素と一日に摂取すべきP（たんぱく質）、F（ファット）、C（カーボ）の割合を算出することができます。バランスの取れた食事を確保するためには、日々の摂取量をトラックし、自分の健康目標に合わせて調整することが重要です。
