MySense

Who is MySense? MySense is an easy-to-use wellbeing analytics product that allows you or a loved one to stay ahead of potential health problems. By using discreet sensors placed around the home and together with a wearable, MySense establishes what normal looks like for an individual and monitors any changes. To use the app you or your loved one need to have a MySense product. Why MySense? "It's not what my mum tells me that I'm worried about, it's what she doesn't tell me that keeps me up at night. MySense now gives me that peace of mind." - MySense member. Are you worried your mother might not be active enough? Open the app and be reassured by seeing that today she went out and only had a couple of hours sitting in her chair. Have you received a notification from the MySense app informing you that your brother, who is in the early stages of dementia, was up at night? Call him in the morning to make sure he is feeling alright. Do you feel that growing older is having an effect on your abilities and you would like to preserve your independence longer? The MySense app will allow you to spot any changes in your activity pattern. You’ll just need to call your doctor to keep them informed and prevent the issue instead of reacting to it. With the MySense app you’ll be able to: Follow the instructions to install the MySense product in your home. View your loved one’s or your own health (heart rate and breathing), activity (time in chair, time out of house, activity score), bedtime (sleep interruptions and trends), personal care (bathroom and toilet activity) and home environment (indoor temperature) insights. Receive notifications that will flag any changes in your own or loved one’s routine Share your data with whomever you trust to preserve your family’s, friends’ and your own peace of mind. Check all your sensors are online and troubleshoot accordingly Access our help centre and contact the MySense support team if you have any questions or issues. https://www.mysense.ai/ https://help.mysense.ai/support/home
