MyReps

My Reps - build your workouts, then run them. Most workout apps are buried under social feeds, coaching, subscriptions, and ads. My Reps does one thing well: you build a workout as a list of steps, hit start, and it runs you through every set and interval. That's it. BUILD YOUR WORKOUT Add steps in any order. Every step is an Exercise or a Rest, and you choose how it runs: • Timed — count down a duration (great for planks, intervals, and rest) • Reps — set a target rep count and go at your own pace, with an optional working weight Drag to reorder, tap to rename, and changes save automatically — no save button to remember. Start from scratch, or pick a ready-made routine and make it yours. RUN IT Press start and My Reps takes over with a clean, full-screen runner: • Timed steps count down automatically, second by second • Rep steps show your rep count and weight, then wait for a "Done" tap when you finish the set • A next-up preview so you're never caught off guard • Total time remaining for the whole session • Pause, skip, restart, or end any time Loop the whole sequence for multiple rounds, keep the screen awake while you train, and feel a vibration and hear a tone on every transition — so your eyes stay on your form, not your phone. FEATURES • Build unlimited workouts, your way • Mix timed intervals and rep-based sets in one workout • Optional working weight on any set (kg or lbs) • Repeat a workout for multiple rounds • Ready-made presets for core, legs, arms, chest, back, glutes, and HIIT/Tabata • Favorite and organize workouts with custom categories • Pick up right where you left off — runs are resumable • Built-in how-to notes for common exercises PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No sign-in. No servers. No ads. No tracking. Everything you create stays on your device, and uninstalling the app erases it. My Reps works completely offline — perfect for the gym, the living room, or anywhere with no signal. Whether it's a timed Tabata session, a heavy rep-based circuit, or your own custom routine, My Reps keeps the tech out of your way so you can just train.
