MyFitsy: Workout Tracker

MyFitsy is a workout tracker, training log and workout planner for anyone who trains with a plan — on your own, or with a personal trainer. TRACK EVERY WORKOUT Log every set as you lift: weight, reps, and whether you finished it. Your gym workout log is saved session by session, so your full training history is always with you. A rest timer counts down between sets, and a stopwatch counts up whenever you want to time something yourself. BUILD A PROGRAM, OR HAVE ONE BUILT Build your own workout program from a library of 412 exercises, each with a short animation showing how the movement is done. Or answer four questions — your goal, where you train, how experienced you are, how many days a week — and have a whole program built around them. Every training day lists the exercises, sets, reps and target weights, so you know exactly what you are doing before you walk into the gym. Keep up to ten programs of your own. MEASURE PROGRESS, NOT NOISE Track fifteen body measurements — weight, body fat, chest, waist, hips, neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, thighs and calves. MyFitsy charts each one over time and shows the rate of change, because weight moves day to day for reasons that have nothing to do with training. TRAIN WITH YOUR COACH Once you are connected, your personal trainer writes your workout program, follows your logged sessions and measurements, and books sessions with you. Message them any time, with photos and video — one to one, or in a group room they put together with the people they train alongside you. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Nothing you record is public. Your measurements, workouts and goals are visible only to you and a coach you have chosen to connect with, and your messages only to the people in that conversation.
