Imported sleep records are read-only in MyFiTrack. You can optionally export sleep sessions logged in MyFiTrack; sleep export is off by default to help avoid duplicate records. • Exercise: Import workout type and duration, and optionally export workouts logged in MyFiTrack. Imported workouts are read-only and should be edited in their original source app. Health Connect is optional. MyFiTrack requests access only after you choose to connect it and grant permission for the categories you select. You can disconnect or change permissions at any time in MyFiTrack or Health Connect settings.
