My Childcare App

My Childcare App keeps daycares, preschools, and the families they serve connected throughout the day. Teachers share what's happening in the classroom, and parents stay in the loop with real-time updates, photos, and messages — all in one place. FOR PARENTS See your child's day as it unfolds. Get notified when teachers post meals, naps, diaper changes, milestones, and photos or videos. React and comment on the moments you love, message your child's teachers directly, and keep on top of announcements, events, and closures. • Real-time activity feed with photos and videos • Daily reports: meals, naps, bathroom and diaper changes, and milestones • Direct messaging with your child's teachers • Announcements you can acknowledge, so nothing important slips by • Calendar for events and closures — and report absences, late arrivals, or early pickups • View invoices, balances, and upcoming payments FOR TEACHERS AND PROVIDERS Spend less time on paperwork and more time with the children. Post an activity to a whole room in seconds, share photos and videos with families, and keep every parent informed automatically. • Fast activity posting for meals, naps, bathroom changes, notes, and milestones • Batch entries to log the same activity for an entire room at once • Photo and video sharing • Two-way messaging with families • Announcements with read tracking, so you know who has seen them • A shared calendar across rooms and locations • Support for multiple rooms and multiple locations Whether you run a single classroom or several locations, My Childcare App brings daily reporting, family communication, photos, calendars, and billing together in one simple app. Sign in with the account provided by your childcare organization to get started.
