mPark

mPark is the gate-side app for staff managing vehicle parking at railway station parking facilities. It is used by parking operators, station managers, and auditors to record vehicle entries and exits, print tickets, and reconcile shifts — even when the gate has no reliable internet connection. KEY FEATURES Offline-first entry and exit Every vehicle entry and exit is recorded locally on the device first, so operators are never blocked by a weak or dropped connection. Records sync automatically to the central system as soon as connectivity is available, and nothing is lost in between. Built for Indian registration plates Vehicle numbers are entered in the standard Indian format — State, RTO code, series, and number — as four separate fields, reducing data entry mistakes at a busy gate. Sequential, financial-year-aware ticket numbers Ticket and receipt numbers are issued sequentially per device, and automatically reset at the start of each financial year, matching how parking operations are audited and reported. Device-level ticket tracking Each registered device generates its own ticket sequence, so tickets can always be traced back to the exact device and gate that issued them. Shift-based operation Operators open and close shifts against a facility and gate. Entry and exit activity, and the resulting collections, are tied to the shift they occurred in for easy reconciliation. Live view of parked vehicles The entry screen shows vehicles currently parked at the gate, so operators can see occupancy at a glance without switching screens. Role-based access Operators, station managers, tenant admins, and auditors each see only what's relevant to their role, enforced by the same backend used by the web admin dashboard. WHO THIS APP IS FOR mPark is intended for use by authorized staff of organizations operating railway station parking facilities under the mPark platform. It is not a public consumer app and requires a login issued by your facility operator.
