Über die App sammelst du Punkte für verschiedene gesunde Aktivitäten und hast so die Höhe deines jährlichen Health Cashbacks selbst in der Hand. GROHE bietet dir mit der Gesundheits-App außerdem viele Impulse, dein Leben gesünder und aktiver zu gestalten. Sie unterstützt dich mit: • Informationen rund um das Gesundheitsmanagement bei GROHE – bleibe stets auf dem Laufenden! • Persönliches Aktivitätstagebuch, um Freude an Bewegung und einem gesunden Lebensstil zu finden und zu behalten • Integration von gängigen Aktivitätstrackern (GoogleFit und andere) oder Nutzung ohne zusätzliche „Hardware“ (Tracker) • persönlicher Terminkalender für Kurse und Events vor Ort oder online • Spannende Challenges, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen oder sich mit anderen zu messen • persönliche Ziele setzen, verfolgen und erreichen • diverse Kurse sowie Bewegungs- und Entspannungsübungen • Rezepte, Alltagstipps und Gesundheitswissen • gemeinsame Bewegungs- und Sportaktivitäten mit deinen GROHE Kolleg:innen an deinem Standort oder in ganz Deutschland Die App nutzt du natürlich unter strikter Wahrung des Datenschutzes und der Privatsphäre – (auch eine komplett anonyme Teilnahme ist möglich- jedoch kannst du dann nicht am Health Cashback System teilnehmen.)
